One Day Reset Retreats

At Rebecca’s serene upstate home.

Just an hour from NYC—we offer an intimate, nourishing escape for eight women. Each gathering weaves together joyful movement like dance and (weather-permitting) hiking with sound-healing meditation, guided journaling, and heartfelt group sharing. Creativity flows through artful activities and collaborative cooking, culminating in a wholesome, lovingly prepared meal enjoyed together. This restorative day invites participants to reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and each other, leaving them refreshed, inspired, and grounded in community and self-care.
